Cookie & Storage Policy
NextGen Capital SA undertakes to respect the privacy of every visitor to this website. This policy explains what is stored on your device when you use the site, and why. It should be read together with our Privacy Notice, which identifies the data controller and covers the wider processing of personal data.
We use no analytics, advertising, profiling, or tracking cookies. Everything listed below is strictly necessary to operate the site, and none of it is used to build a profile of you or to follow you across other websites.
Purpose of the processing
Your personal data will be processed for the following purpose: to ensure the proper functioning of certain areas of the website.
What this website stores
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device that the site can read back on a later request. Session storage is a related browser mechanism that holds data only for the lifetime of the browser tab and is never transmitted to our server. There are two items in total, and an ordinary visitor only ever has the first: the second exists solely for clients who log in to the Fund area.

Third-party components
The site serves its own fonts, styles, scripts and images, so ordinary browsing discloses nothing to any third party. One component is the exception: our contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile.

Loading the widget discloses your IP address to Cloudflare, Inc. in the United States; we rely on its certification under the Swiss–US Data Privacy Framework. It is not used for advertising or tracking.
No other third-party component sets cookies or storage on this site. We use no externally hosted fonts or code libraries, and no social-media, advertising, or analytics tags of any kind.
Legal basis
Article 45c lit. b of the Swiss Telecommunications Act permits the processing of data on your device where you have been informed of the processing and its purpose and told that you may refuse it — which is the purpose of this page. Because every item listed above is strictly necessary to deliver a service you have requested, no consent banner is presented. Where the data concerned is personal data, we rely on the bases set out in our Privacy Notice under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
Managing and deleting cookies
You may refuse all of it. Cookies can be refused or deleted at any time through your browser settings — see the instructions for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge. Session storage is cleared automatically when you close the tab, and the same browser settings will block it.
Because everything we store is strictly necessary, refusing it has consequences you should know about: refusing the session cookie will prevent you from logging in to the Fund area, and blocking or clearing session storage will make the investor-classification gate appear again on every page. The rest of the site remains fully readable.
Amendments
We may amend this policy to reflect changes to the site. Should we ever introduce analytics or other non-essential technologies, we will update this page and seek your consent beforehand; nothing non-essential will be activated by default.
